Refunds

Digital files: because files are delivered instantly they cannot be returned. If a file is faulty or will not open, email hello@baby-gift.store and we will fix it or refund you.

Printed onesies: each item is made to order, so we replace or refund items that arrive damaged, misprinted or wrong. Send a photo within 14 days of delivery.
